Hi there!

In this article, we’d like to introduce how to apply for “EOI” in order to get your PR-Card in Canada through MPNP(Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program).

 

Create Your Account

How to create your Account.

You create your account as an applicant on MPNP official site.
You click “New Users?” on Login page.

You click “Create Login“, after you fill in all of the input boxes.

You click “Login“, after you create your account.

  • Immigrate to Manitoba > Log into MPNP Online
  • Username
  • Password
  • Login

 

You click “Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)“.

 

Check for Your Eligibility

Any questions will be displayed, and you will answer all the questions.

The answers to the questions will determine which MPNP program you are applying to and your eligibility for the application criteria.

Options

From now on, your choice of “Yes” or “No” on the following questions will determine which programs you will apply to.

Basically, it indicates which option you’d like to apply for “Skilled Workers in Manitoba”.

 

 

 

  • Have you completed a master or doctoral program and an eligible internship through MITACS in Manitoba within the past 3 years?

You should select “No” for this question.
You have chosen “Graduate Internship Pathway” if you answer “Yes”.

  • Have you graduated in the past 3 years from an approved post-secondary program in Manitoba from a minimum 1-year program of full-time coursework;

AND

  • Do you have a full-time job offer from an eligible Manitoba employer, with a minimum 1-year contract, in an occupation on Manitoba’s published In-Demand Occupations list that is consistent with the post-secondary program you completed in Manitoba;

AND

  • Do you have at least CLB/NCLC 7 (or equivalent) in all four skill areas?

You have chosen “Career Employment Pathway” if you answer “Yes” for this question. Graduates of Universities or Colleges in Manitoba will be more likely be eligible for this program.

You should select “No” if you didn’t graduate from a post-secondary program in a university or a college in Manitoba.

  • Prior to working in Manitoba, have you graduated from a post-secondary program in another province of Canada?

You will be asked if you graduated from a post-secondary program at a university or college outside of Manitoba.

Please select “No” if you graduated from a post-secondary program in a university or a college in Manitoba.

Please select “No” if you are NOT attending a university or a college in Manitoba, too.

You will be asked if you have been with the same employer for more than six months if you select “No“.

  • Have you been working in Manitoba full-time for the same employer for the last six months?

You should select “Yes” for this question.

You will be asked if you have been with the same employer for more than one year if you select “Yes“.

  • Have you been working in Manitoba full-time for the same employer for the last one year?

You should select “Yes” for this question.

  • Have you received a long-term, full-time job offer from your employer in Manitoba?

You should select “Yes” for this question.

Please find the NOC cord number for your appropriate occupation in Manitoba In-Demand Occupations shown below, and enter that number and click the Verify button.

If you have taken the English or French language exam within the last two years, please select “Yes” and enter the exam type and the scores.

If you did not take the exam, please select “No”.

Finally, please click “OK“.
